What you'll do
A free, local, expert-grade damage-claim system Claude Code built for you and you can defend line by line — it registers every camera you and your cleaners shoot with and calibrates each device's clock against a known reference, reads each photo's real capture time out of its EXIF data (and tells you loudly when a photo has none, because a messaging app already stripped it), copies every file into an append-only evidence store under a SHA-256 manifest you can re-verify at any time, computes each claim's binding deadline as the *earlier of* your platform's stated filing window and the next guest's check-in, classifies every photo as baseline, admissible, weak, contaminated, or late with the arithmetic shown, refuses to render a dossier while any cost line lacks a documented source, prints both the replacement-new and age-adjusted figures so you never accidentally over-ask, and produces a shareable dossier — matched before/after pairs, a factual narrative, and a manifest — with guest personal data minimised out of it.
