A local speaker-verification service on your own hardware that scores whoever just spoke against voiceprints you enrolled with consent, decides using a threshold you measured on your own household in your own rooms — with the false-accept and false-reject rates written down and an honest statistical bound on how little those numbers prove — and releases a short-lived, single-use grant that your existing offline voice router requires before it will run any privileged command. It survives a real replay attack because it asks for a number that did not exist a minute ago, it denies rather than defaults-open when the model, the microphone, the clock, or the audit log is broken, it refuses on principle to be the only thing standing between a stranger and a locked door, and it tells you when a voiceprint has gone stale instead of quietly getting worse.
