What you'll do
A migration dry-run harness that Claude Code built — it feeds the SAME frozen inputs to your OLD system and your NEW system, side by side and completely read-only, then diffs every output field-by-field against tolerances you set for the differences that don't matter, and prints a red/green report with a single match rate. You end owning the evidence that turns "we think the new system is right" into "we proved it on 10,000 real cases," plus a go/no-go gate and a rollback plan so cutover is a decision backed by data, not a leap of faith.
