What you'll do

A receive-only spectrum sentinel on your desk that Claude Code built — it sweeps a slice of radio spectrum with an RTL-SDR and rtl_power, learns the NORMAL power landscape of your location over a few days (a mean-and-variance baseline per frequency bin), and then quietly flags when a NEW or unexpected transmitter appears above that baseline: a center frequency, a rough width, how far above normal it's running, and how long it has persisted — measuring only power, never decoding anyone's content.
