What you'll do

A voice scene controller that lives entirely on your own hardware — a local wake word wakes a Raspberry Pi, a fixed set of phrases like "movie time" or "goodnight" is recognized against a closed on-device grammar (never transcribed to open text, never sent to any cloud), and each phrase fires a local scene over your own MQTT broker. Your voice never leaves the house, there is no subscription, and Claude Code wrote the wake listener, the recognizer, and the intent-to-scene router.
